As of October 1st 2024 our office is currently not accepting new patients with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Oregon Health Plan Insurances.
Dr Agsten and Dr Beery are both no longer establishing patient who require chronic pain management with narcotics.
We are happy to provide all other care and refer for outside treatment for your chronic pain if necessary.

Please note, this list is to be used as guidance and does not confirm insurance coverage. Always reach out to your insurance directly to confirm that we are in their provider network.
