The Staff

Julia has been with our practice since 2014. She has experience in every position in the office and her broad Medical knowledge is an asset to our practice. You will frequently see her stepping in to help room patients, draw blood, and handle patient needs. She is always available to you and your family for any questions, concerns, or grievances

Kati has been with our practice since 2022. We were fortunate to have her join our office after she spent time with our practice as a student at Umpqua Community College getting her work experience. She previously handled the patient care coordinator role and has since transitioned to an administrative role. 

Jenny is the primary Medical Assistant for Dr. Agsten and has been with our clinic since 2020. She previously worked as a photographer but decided to make a career change to pursue the medical field, something she has always had a passion for. She is dual certified as a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomy Tech. 

Melody is the primary Medical Assistant for Dr. Heidi Beery. She has been in the medical field since 2005, starting as a CNA and transitioning to Medical Assisting in 2016. She worked as Dr Beery's MA previously before joining her here at our practice in 2024.  She is dual certified as a Certified Medical Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomy Tech. 

Malena is our Part-Time office float.  She spends her time assisting wherever she may be needed. You may see her rooming patients, scribing, or doing front office work. 

Mark has been with the practice since 2003 and handles behind the scenes functions to assist in the practices smooth operations.
